Sincere condolences on the very sad news of Ollie’s passing. I had recent contact with Ollie and he struck me as such a warm , friendly and interesting person. Rip Ollie.
— Susan Smyth occupational therapist
I haven't met Ollie in almost fifty years but still remember his gentle ways and kindness. We were in the 'Jes together in the class of '69, and played many games of cards and Monopoly in Sweeney's house on Sea Road where his calmness and intellect usually did him no harm at all!

Sincere condolences to all his family and friends.
— Liam Stenson
Luckily spoke to Ollie on Saturday before his passing to see if he needed anything. He’d been in St Vincent’s for a few days. Worked with him in wellcome Ireland and then in GSK and also lived in a house in Leeson street. He had the bottom apartment me on 2nd floor. So probably it was over a 45 year period in all. Let him rest in peace now. I will miss him. A. 💋
