Aoife, Maia and Daniel, we were so sorry to hear the very sad news. Many a happy Saturday evening we sat on tall stools in Coppinger Row chatting to Ed and watching him and his team work. A lovely guy, passionate about his family and food. May he rest in peace.

I spent time in scouts with Ed and have great memories from those days. Very saddened to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family and loved ones at this difficult time.

Aoife, I only heard the sad news. Sorry I missed the mass and burial. Ed was an extremely close childhood friend and I got to share so many memories with Ed (you, his family, home, travel, scouts, holidays and so many more). I am deeply touched by Ed's early passing. We are saddened beyond words at the loss of our friend and colleague, Ed. A true gentleman, decent to his core, he always spread good humour wherever he went and left his mark on everyone he worked with. We were heartbroken to hear this tragic news. Things will just not be the same without him.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Ed's sudden passing. I had the pleasure of working with him at Naomi's Kitchen in Glenageary. He was a fantastic chef and a genuinely nice person.
His passion for food was evident, and he always brought a positive energy to the workplace.

I have know Ed well over the years from being in cubs together and through the years when he was a chef in coppinger row. One talented guy who was brilliant in the kitchen.

It was always nice to see him around the local playgrounds over the last few years as his kids same age as mine and in the same childcare.

One guy that will be missed by so many.
He is in many a strangers thoughts and prayers.
A day hasn't gone by without thinking about him, Aoife and the little one's.

We are all so sad by the loss of Ed. He was such a wonderful man and a big part of our whole family since both you, Aoife and Ed were such young children. He will be such a loss to everyone, especially to his two beautiful children Maia and Daniel. You will be reunited with him one day as promised.
