Dear Esther sadly i never had the opportunity to meet you. However I met one of your beautiful daughters Rebecca today in Portmarnock. Our encounter left me knowing that we have lost a beautiful hearfelt Soul who has left her touch on copious beings on earth including a stranger like me.Please Rest In Peace in the knowledge that you reared an anazing family and you Spirt still lives on 🙏

Patrick, Tony, Alan and Rebecca, we are so sorry you have lost your darling mum and are hearts are heavy for you.

It’s hard to say goodbye to our beautiful and dearest friend, Ellie. 50 years of love, laughter, some tears and so much joy. What a wonderfully kind, remarkable and gentle lady your mum was. Strong, wise and witty. Ellie was so loved, and she loved deeply and unconditionally. Who will check on the cows in the field now? Such a laugh we had in our “country” accents sounding like fools and not caring. So many funny, silly and amazing memories. We had a strong, unbreakable bond. Ellie, we will carry you in our hearts forever, and will never forget you.
