Frank gave enthusiastic and sterling service to the Irish Labour movement and was a deeply committed and distinguished Chairperson of Dublin North East Labour Party for many years. Sincere sympathy to the Barry family on the sad passing of Frank. I had the privilege of working with Frank on the Employment Appeals Tribunal. Frank was a man of great knowledge of employment law matters, which he brought from his union background. Despite his union background Frank was a very fair man and easy to work with.
He was also great company and many a pint we had together, over the years.
