Sorry Betty that I didn't get to sympathise with you at the funeral yesterday . Franks death ends another link with a bygone era, when Ballickmoyler Post Office was at the very centre of the community , and none more so than at Christmas . Parcels and presents from the UK , US, Australia etc , were processed by the Feehan Family and then distributed out to the commuunity, where they were anticipated and received with great excitement . Your years of service and continuety did not go unoticed and were very much appreciated . Rest in peace Frank .
— Pat Mulhall
