To Franks loved ones

I am saddened to hear of Franks passing. We were colleagues in ICC and subsequently BOSI for over 30 years.Never a cross word passed between us -it was a pleasure to have known him. As a so-called culchie, I often suffered from his dry sense of humour, but I usually gave as good as I got !

You were a wonderful colleague Frank, and thank you for all your help over such a long time.
Rest easy now.
