Ger Connolly

Belated but sincere condolences to the Connolly family and friends at your sad loss. I knew Ger over many years and had great respect for his public service. In recent years l met him a number of times in the Court Hotel in Tullamore with his great pal Johnny Flanagan. After the last general election a few of us enjoyed his company one afternoon in the Hawthorn over a "few" drinks and it's a memory I will always cherish. May he rest in peace forever.

Ger was an absolute gentleman, he held clinics in our premises in Belmont and was so friendly and helpful to everyone in the area. Ger was a great worker. Our dad Brian Cahill rip was a great friend and supporter of Ger. May his gentle soul rest in peace, amen.
