The world has lost one of the best souls to ever grace the planet. Graz was always full of kindness and fun, he could cure any bad day. Meeting him was a rare and random chance but a chance I am beyond grateful for. He gave so much to everyone, no matter who it was.

Dear Sandra,
You dont know me but I was in Castlebar shopping recently . You and your family were shopping and your beautiful boy had a puppy that i was drawn to. I asked could i pet the puppy who i was introduced to by Gravz as Paris.
I spent just a few minutes talking to Graz and was really taken aback by his beautiful personality. Its not often in life that you meet somebody fleetingly to have a lasting memory of them.
My heart is broken for you and your family on the passing of your beautiful angel.

We had only gotten to know Graz over the last year or so from The Porter House & he always had a smile on his face & a welcome for us, reading some of the tributes here, we're not surprised to see how many lives he touched. We had the absolute pleasure of having Graz work with us in Costello & McDermott a number of years ago. He was a wonderful colleague and had a such a lovely way about him that endeared him to everyone, both customers and colleagues alike. We were so very saddened to hear of Graz’s untimely passing. We are heartbroken to say goodbye to our dear friend Graz, taken from us far too soon. He was a bright light, full of energy, warmth, and joy that lifted every room he entered. His cheerful spirit and kind heart left a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know him.

Graz was dedicated to making a difference, bringing passion and purpose to every meeting and project. He worked to make Mayo a better place and truly did, just by being part of it.

After long days, he loved winding down with a quiet pint at the Irish House. Those evenings, filled with laughter and friendship, are memories we’ll hold close forever.

We’ll especially cherish the Paris trip in July 2018, where Graz proudly presented at the UNESCO Headquarters, sharing insights on youth voice. That trip brought moments of pure joy, including a day at Disneyland, and meant so much to him that he named his new puppy Paris in its honor.

Another fond memory was the Croatia trip for the Eurochild Conference, a powerful and inspiring experience full of connection and laughter. Graz made every moment brighter, every challenge lighter, and every friendship stronger.

His absence leaves a space no words can fill, but his presence lives on in our stories, smiles, and the love we carry forward.

He will be so dearly missed.

RIP Graz. I got to know him from his deliveries to a shop I worked in, always arriving with a smile, a joke, and great craic.
He had a natural way of lifting the mood and leaving people laughing.
Gone far too soon… but his spirit will never be forgotten.

Will never be able to gather the right words to describe Graz, or the weight of this loss. One of the most important people in my life. Will forever be with me in every F1 race, every piece of Star Wars, every game of pool, every yellow jumper. My thoughts are with his family, loved ones and everyone who knew him, and every one he loved.

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Graz's passing. We played football together from a young age at Castlebar Celtic and spent years together on Comhairle na nÓg. Graz had a larger than life presence in any room he was ever in and was always able to both crack a joke and bring a thoughtful comment to any conversation. My heart goes out to Graz and his family upon hearing this sad news, he was a genuine boy with a very kind and gentle heart. I always remember him talking fondly of his little sister and his Mum - sending my most sincere condolences to his family in this difficult time.

The first time I met Graz was during a shift in the Porterhouse.
While working together we spoke about life and the plans we had ahead of ourselves.
Garz was the first person I had spoken to in a long time that allowed his energy for future plans to shine through.
I'll always remember his good energy and kindness.

We are all so shocked and saddened to hear about Graz's passing. He was truly one of a kind and we all loved him so much. He never failed to make anyone laugh and his humour and smiles always made working the late nights a lot easier. No words can describe how big of a loss this is and we will forever miss him. There are so many memories I have of Graz that still make me laugh to this day, there are so many memories that I'll never forget. I will miss him greatly and not seeing him at work, or in the Porter House, or maybe on the back of someone's motorbike is not something I ever wished I would have to think about. Words cannot express this loss. I am so sorry for your entire family. I have fond memories of Graz when we used to walk home from Comhairle na nÓg meetings together because we lived near eachother and I despised walking home by myself which Graz understood. All the times he came to support our team in debate leagues which he eventually participated in himself, our attending to various executives where he represented the community both nationally and internationally. I’ll always be fond of the trips we got to take to Paris, Galway and everywhere else. Thank you for the memories and I hope you’ve found peace. Rest in Peace Graz
