I was shocked & terribly saddened upon hearing of Harry's recent untimely passing.

Harry has left behind an extraordinary legacy of achievements in the field of Civil Engineering. I worked with others in Westmeath's National Roads Office & our team was privileged to have had Harry's leadership, professionalism, intellect, competence, & humour, in the development & realisation of many road & motorway projects.

In addition, Harry was a most personable & astute gentleman who left a great impression on everyone he met. His like may never be seen again.
