der Anlass dieser Zeilen könnte trauriger kaum sein. Unerwartet traf uns die Nachricht von Heinz' Tod, die uns trotz aller zeitlichen und räumlichen Distanz tief berührt.
Unsere Gedanken, mit denen wir die Meilen bis nach Irland zu überbrücken versuchen, sind in diesen schweren Tag bei euch. Verbunden in der Trauer über diesen schmerzlichen Verlust, möchten wir hiermit unser Beileid ausdrücken.
Heinz' hinterlässt vieles, das noch lange bestehen wird. Nicht zuletzt die Erinnerung an einen Mann der Tat mit Herz und Humor - um nur einige der Eigenschaften zu nennen, für die sein Leben als Zeugnis dient.

Dear Inge, dear Gillessen family,

The reason for these lines could hardly be more sorrowful. We were deeply moved, despite all the temporal and spatial distance, by the unexpected news of Heinz's passing.
Our thoughts, with which we try to bridge the miles to Ireland, are with you during these difficult days. United in grief over this painful loss, we would like to express our deepest condolences.
Heinz leaves behind so much that will endure for a long time to come. Besides many noteworthy things, the memory of a man of action, with heart and humor — to name just a few of the qualities for which his life stands as testimony.
