Jake had the most beautiful energy - I didn't know him as long or as well as many of his close family and friends. His kindness just made me feel calm and his hugs had the ability of changing the day from high stress to 'i can do this'. Thanks for sharing your love throughout the years 💖

Jake, you are so so missed but will always be loved. I have so many great memories of giggles and chaos but also times when he showed me true kindness and genuine care.
I remember when you were born Max you blew his tiny mind and filled his massive heart with love and that same feeling stayed with him always. If you wanted to see Jake light up you only had to ask him “How’s Max?” He was so in awe of you and so so proud to be your Dad.
