I’m so sad to think that Jerry is no longer in our world. Jerry was truly the best in-law a fellow could be. Many of my fondest teenage memories include Jerry. So many fun family stories include Jerry. Loved him and love Una and Brian very much.

Der looms large in my earliest of childhood memories from the times our family would visit all of you at the farm in Virginia, to the time my dad and my visited in Roanoke to the year before last when Joan and I had lunch with him in Kilkenny. He had a light, an infectious smile and was a true gentleman.
