Deepest condolences to Mary and Family on the passing of Jerry. He was an absolute gentleman with such a great character. Would love when the races were on in killarney as i knew jerry and mary would be down to stay in the Castlerosse. It was a honour to know Jerry. May Jerry Rest in Peace.

My deepest sympathy again to Mary,Caroline,Kathy and Jerry and to Jack,Mary,Catherine and Denis. I just want to acknowledge the great contribution Jerry made to the gaa in Millstreet and Duhallow in his younger days. He won Cork U.14 c'ship in 1957,Duhallow and Cork Junior c'ship in 1963 and Intermediate Cork c'ship r.up in 1967. He also played with the Duhallow senior footballers when Millstreet were not senior. Jerry also played hurling and won Duhallow Junior hurling c'ships with Millstreet. No doubt Jerry is recalling all these achievements with his former team mates and cronies now. It was with great sadness that I learnt about Jerry's death r.i.p. My deepest sympathy to Mary, Kathy, Jerry and extended family. As a former principal of Stella Maris Secondary School, Mary was a wonderful colleague and Jerry was always around to give support to any school event. He was a lovely man, so full of life with a great personality. I have such fond memories of meeting him on different occasions May he rest in peace.
