I am very sorry to learn of Jim's passing. He was one of the stoutest debaters in the 'Druid's Glen Parliament' (also known as the health club) when we were allowed out during Covid. He was an authority on Thomas Aquinas and also told us many times we were examples of the Dunning–Kruger effect, in that we overestimated our abilities to challenge him.
We have missed him very much and thrust he has now proven Aquinas' central principle that reasoned argument can prove the existence of God.
Rest in Peace, Jim.
