Sincere condolences to the McLaughlin family on the passing of a great man.

Jim McLaughlin is a legendary name at Shamrock Rovers F.C.
I started properly following football with Jim's Rovers team in the 1980s and what a joy that turned out to be with success and brilliant football every season at Milltown.

I met Jim on a couple of occasions and he was a complete gentleman as I was star struck.

He leaves a tremendous legacy and many fans and friends.

May he rest in peace.
