John (Sean) O’RIORDAN

Sincere condolences to all the family of Garda John O'Riordan. So sorry to hear of his sudden passing. I will always remember with fondness his visits, in his VW beetle or his bicycle, to our home in Ballybooden over the years which brought joy and laughter. And his more recent visits to my home now in Rapla. Wisdom on every topic, his love of photography and his sense of community. May his gentle soul rest in peace.

family on the sudden passing of Sean. I have great memories of working on Sean's Blue Beetle as a young mechanic as he cycled off from the garage to visit the Liscaroll and Ballyclough relatives. An absolute gentleman that indulged my passion for cycling with a once in a lifetime memory trip to Harding Cycles in Cork to purchase his prized steel bike that he had so many adventures on. May he rest in peace united with his family and friends forever.

So sorry hear the sad news about Seán. Many fond memories, one in particular walking around Inis Oírr together a number of years ago after he knocked on my door. A great surprise, a magic day full of fond memories. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h'anam dílis.

My condolences to Margaret and the extended O'Riordan family on Seán's passing. His parents were next door neighbours to my parents (Kathleen and Paddy Clear) in Aisling Drive back in the Sixties.
