Joe was a cousin of mine on my mother's side. My mother was Patricia Hackett (formerly of Sarsfield Street). I met Joe four years ago when I visited Nenagh. He was absolutely adorable and we spent the night chatting. My deepest condolences to all of his loved ones. May he rest in peace.

We have some lovely memories of Joe singing in Rohan's and Philly Ryan's over the years but more recently holding his own in Rivervale Nursing home where he was a great friend and support to our Dad Denis.
