Sorry that I can't be there with you today to say goodbye to Gran. While she was a woman of few words, her quiet presence spoke volumes to us all. She lived a life of grace and simplicity, and in her own way, she left a lasting impact on us all.
I remember many days spent with Gran watching Home and Away and eating ‘Gran dinners’ as we called them. Christmas’s spent opening presents at her house, sneaking biscuits and running up and down those steep stairs she had. I’ll always remember the way she made us laugh with her little ways and funny remarks. Her memory will live on in all the small moments she shared with us.
Though I can’t be there to say my goodbyes, know that my heart is with you all.
