Dear Michael and the Moore Family,

I was deeply saddened to hear of Kathleen’s passing. She will be remembered fondly for her warm, calm, and peaceful nature, as well as her great sense of humor. I have such fond memories of her visits to Kilkenny, especially when my granny, her sister, was still with us.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. I regret that I am unable to attend the funeral, but my thoughts are with you all.

We didn’t get to meet her as many times or as often as we would’ve liked. But we were fortunate enough to at least get to spend with her time twice, both in America and Ireland. It was quite obvious, as she watched with a loving eye as her sons and daughters would tell stories that had us all in stitches that she was the spark, the glimmer that helped ignite her family’s love and passion for life.
Our hearts go out to all of the Moores and beyond. We will remember her with love and fondness.
