Sincere condolences to Mary and family. Very sorry to hear about Ken - he is a great loss. He was a gentleman, a witty, thoughtful, and great colleague at the FVO.
Deepest sympathies to Mary and family on your sad loss. Ken was a wonderful colleague and a genuine pleasure to work with. He was the complete professional while also being attuned to the feelings of others. His approach was always to consider other views, to find consensus and solutions, and still get done the best job possible. The European project is all the richer for Ken’s invaluable contribution over many years; consumers owe him a great debt of gratitude. It was a great privilege to have worked with him in the FVO. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
My thoughts are with the whole of Ken's family, but particularly with Mary. 51 years creates a bond like no other. May you find the strenght to overcome your terrible loss in the knowledge that you were married to a truly remarkable man and with the comfort of your family.

I only got to know Ken these last few years since i retired. He was one of the nicest people i have met: so helpful, always in good form. He will be missed so much by so many people. Everyone is so devastated that he had to leave us so soon, way too soon. Deepest condolences to his family and friends. Ar dheis De a raibh a anam😢💚☘️💚
My deepest condolences to Ken’s wife and family. He was a pleasure to work with when he was Treasurer of AIACE Ireland committee. When ill health forced him to resign he left a big gap in our lives. He was ever cheerful and funny and a joy to be around. RIP
My deepest condolences to Ken's family. I had the honour and the privilege to work with Ken at the FVO. He was an absolute gentleman - a kind and fair boss who always got the best out of his team. We laughed a lot back in the day when he would regale us with stories of his work travels (or should that be travails?! :-)). May he rest in peace.
Our deepest sympathies to Mary, Peter and Alan at this sad time. We remember Ken well from our days in Milford together- happy memories. May he rest in peace.
My sincere sympathy to Mary, Peter, Alan, and the extended family on Ken’s passing. Ken was a fellow veterinary graduate of Trinity College and in our careers we crossed paths several times since those early days. Later I was fortunate, on being appointed to Grange, to find Ken was also part of that team. As the professional he was a rock of sense, contributing the benefit of his experience, knowledge and negotiating skills to all that was done. In doing so he was respectful of all he met, and objective and fair in all his dealings. May he rest in peace.
