Sincere sympathy to the O'Hanlon family.Rest in peace.
— Finbarr & Catherine Harrington, Bantry
We cannot begin to express our sorrow over Kevin's death and our deep appreciation for his life. He was, and will always remain, one of the kindest, gentlest, most giving and enthusiastic people we have ever had the honour to meet, let alone call friend. We mourn for the years we will miss his laughter and friendship, his keen observations and unbridled joy, but we are so grateful for the too brief time we did share with him. To Antje, Caoimhe, and Katie we offer our condolences, love and support. To Kevin's extended family we offer our sympathies and our gratitude for helping to make Kevin the extraordinary man he was.
— Paula, Christopher and Siri, Glengarriff
My condolences to you. You both helped me when you could.

Desperately sad news to hear of Kevin's passing. We first met Kevin 20 years ago at our nephew's 40th party. In latter years we holidayed a number of times in Derrynafulla. Kevin and Antje always went the extra mile to entertain us and make sure everything was perfect. His memory will be with us forever. Goodnight; God bless.

Kevin was a wonderful man, a kind hearted soul, one of my best friends for over 44 years, my best man at my wedding and a Godfather to my son Nathaniel. We will never forget him or the memories we have shared over the years with him.

I remember working our apprenticeship together, attempting to run our own business together in Canvey Island, playing sports together with him and his friends, going to clubs and concerts together and traveling around England on a whim by throwing a dart in a map. Kevin was a good friend to me and to lose him at such an early age, is very upsetting to us all.

Antje, we are praying for you, Caoimhe and Katie. I am sure that Kevin will always be watching over you and the girls, and know that he will be in your hearts forever.
— Alan and Julie Mendies

For Antje, Caoimhe, Katie, Richard, Mary and Michelle

I am so saddened to hear the sad news about Kevin today, September 9th.
I knew Kevin as a colleague from the unit at Bantry. My abiding memory of Kevin is his warm greetings to me and his smile as I would come to work in the hospital as a Locum psychiatrist in the last few years.

It has been such a pleasure and privilege to work with Kevin. A man of great heart and spirit. He would often talk, with pride of course, of his girls, Caoimhe and Katie.

Kevin had such a sunny disposition and the sunflower beside him in the Church today really reflected his warmth and his effect on people.
Antje and Richard today at the funeral mass today, both, so well, evoked Kevin’s love of life and family.
Kevin will always be remembered with love and affection.
— Patricia O'Sullivan
