I am so stuck for words as I write here, I consider myself to have been very lucky to have met and befriended Lorcan many years ago when we both went to St. Aidan’s CBS, in fact, I grew up in the same neighbourhood as Lorcan but only got to know him from our first day in secondary school. Regrettably our paths took us in different directions as we pursued different careers, life, as it does, got in the way but even all these years later I often wondered where Lorcan was and what he was up to, even browsing the web to try and locate him and get in touch. I received word from a family member today that Lorcan sadly passed away, I’m so sad for all Lorcan’s family, I remember him as a true gentleman and a kind spirit and the world needs people like him, it’s less a place without him! Farewell Lorcan…
