A lovely genuine lady. Margaret was my life long friend from childhood to old age, I am lucky to have so many happy memories of the times we spent together through all stages of life. I will cherish all those precious memories of my oldest dear friend.

May I offer my condolences on behalf of the University Library, on the loss of Margaret. I had the pleasure of working with her 1995-96 and her dry wit and deadpan humour were the stuff of legend. We have colleagues who worked with her for many years and her name was spoken of with great fondness among those who knew her, but also by many who had only heard the great stories. Rest in Peace.
