Learn of the passing of Marie. A well loved school friend and great craic. She was the iconic fashion model back in the day, never a hair out of place. Beautiful in heart and body. Condolences to all the family, especially Breda whom she adored. RIP MARIE.

I was at school with Marie .We sojourned through Mt.Carmel Grammar School together.She was an exemplary student and a staunch friend when needed.Loyalty was her gift. Delighted that she is back in Strabane as I will be able to go visit her grave.Although I haven't seen her for over half a century I have very fond memories of my very dear childhood friend.

I still can’t believe Marie has gone. When I think of her I see her smiling, so full of life and always so glamorous. Heaven has the most beautiful angel who will be watching over all her loved ones. Gone but never forgotten. My thoughts, prayers and love go to marie and her family. Sleep tight Marie. Xx
