Sincerest condolences to all my cousins on the death of Auntie Mary. She was a warm and gentle person and always very kind to us "little ones" when we visited. May she rest in peace. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
— Aoife Kimber
Auntie Mary you were truly the best Godmother anyone could have wished for and I got to have you as mine. You never missed a birthday, Christmas or any Occassion that related to me and my own children. I still really can’t believe you’re not in Harvey Place anymore, it’s like New Ross has suddenly lost all its meaning without you there. I hope now though that you are reunited with Uncle Noel, you were two peas in a pod, a lovely example to all of us. Thank you for the beautiful happy memories of blackberry picking, sleepovers, Kennedy Park, apple tarts and your infamous fruit cakes that even travelled to France with us on vacation, your baking went international! Thank you for the smiles and hugs and words of wisdom. Love you very much Auntie Mary. Always with me in my heart and thoughts. Your Goddaughter Rachael xx
Sending love to cousins Angela, Jacinta, Bernadette, Eleanor, Pat, Francis, Adrian and Damien. Thank you for wonderful childhood memories when we visited New Ross, loved and enjoyed moment. 🙏

Condolences to all Auntie Mary's family on the sad loss ;to our cousins, our aunts and uncles, all the Caulfield & Power families. We are saddened to have lost you, but luckily we have many happy memories of times with Auntie Mary over the years to cherish, always present in our lives, Auntie Mary had a busy household but always welcomed us with that open door policy inviting us in with open arms only to be seated on a chair at the table in New Ross , where we would be filled with the best of food, we were always made to feel at home with a love and affection like no other. Each time we were fortunate to sample Mary's home baking, after spending hours with the birds & we were furnished with a big portion of fruit cake going home after every visit. Every Christmas auntie Mary's puddings were the favourite in our home , despite a big family auntie Mary always looked after us & spoiled us with many beautiful presents meticulously wrapped with love and care & was ever present at many of our occasions over the years. A hardworking, strong & gentle woman, we will miss you so much Auntie Mary rest in peace in the arms of our beloved Uncle Noel, reunited once again.

Loved always

Deepest condolences to all of Mary’s family and our much loved Caulfield aunties and uncles.

We were so very saddened to hear of the passing of our dear Auntie Mary. She was a very special lady who we hold lovely memories of. Her door was always open to us and we felt very welcomed by her. As kids we very much enjoyed our visits to see the many birds and marvel at them. Auntie Mary never forgot about us and was present at so many special occasions for us wishing us well. She was a wise lady who always showed great strength. and as the matriarch of the Caulfield family she wore the crown very well. We know now she is reunited with her beloved husband Noel and our dearest Nanny and Grandad.

Rest in peace Auntie Mary.
