I was very sorry to hear that Michael had passed away and my condolences to all the Banim family at this sad time. Very few people emanate kindness, intelligence & humour simultaneously, but Michael was one such person. he would never pass you and along with Mary, rared a lovely family who will undoubtedly continue to carry the Banim name proudly, and that will see Michael resting in peace.

Mr. Banim was a true Gentleman, a great educator and one of the good people I was lucky to meet in my life. He was held in great esteem by all of his pupils in Gormanston College. May he rest in peace.
