MICHAEL WALSH

So sad to hear of Michael's passing. Michael was so kind to us when we studied in Newgate Street campus in the early 90's. He really looked out for all the students, and was always so cheerful and upbeat. He took an interest in each and every one of us, knew us all by name, and was great company and fun throughout our years in WRTC. He will always be fondly remembered.

Sincere condolences to the Walsh Family. I am sorry to hear of the death of Michael. I first met Michael at Dublin Airport on our way to San Giovanni in 2018. As we both were travelling on our own, we decided to join forces and enjoyed each others company throughout the trip. We became great friends and we travelled to Medjugorge in 2019. We were in constant contact and contacted each other every Sunday throughout Covid19 and right up until Michael’s illness. Michael was a true gentleman and I am sorry to lose my friend. Rest in peace Michael.

My sympathy to Michael's family and loved ones, I remember Michael doing the 'naps' on a Sunday morning in Lonergan's. He was then the porter in Newgate St when I attended college there. He was always a gentleman and looked after us students so well. Rest in peace Michael.

Michael was the kindest soul and a wonderful neighbour. Full of chat and always sharing his chocolate with my daughter. I recall during the first covid lockdown, ringing him to see if I could help him in any way and he offered the same in return. He'll be remembered fondly and sorely missed.
