Many happy memories of Miriam having first met her and her sister Wyn in Medjugorje in Summer of 2007: Climbing Cross mountain & Apparition Hill or walking thru the vineyards with Fr John, and praying at the Blue Cross. And later in the day we had the apre prayer in Columbos ! This was repeated for many years after until covid hit and then Miriam’s illness ! And all the memories of sitting in their kitchen in Parklands chatting with the conversations so interesting time would fly by and only having intended on staying an hour or so… four or five hours later…. Still chatting ! These are what I will miss !
Sincere sympathy to Wyn, Sr. Veronica, Frank, Andrew and the O’Rourke family !

You and Miriam have been the most amazing neighbours and friends for so many years. You were a powerful team and its hard to imagine one of you without the other. I know Miriam will be looking out for you, Andrew & Annie; Aoibheann & Shiomha and Christine.
I will miss her kindness, her laughter, her design advice, the day trips to Ikea and not to mention those McDonald’s chips.
Her faith kept her strong and she bore her illness with dignity and strength; thinking of others until the very end.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
