Nancy was a big part of our childhood.
Our household was one of the lucky ones to receive many of her wonderful Christmas cakes throughout the years.
She lived through hard times and had a great work ethic, eventually running her own successful business, which was a wonderful achievement for any woman at a time when many women were forced to give up work when they married.
She was sharp and witty as witnessed many times throughout the years in numerous political debates with her aunt kate in Cornfield and her sister Mary in Brownstown.
It was hard to win an argument when Nancy was on top of her game.
Nancy will be missed by the many friends and relatives whose lives she touched.

May god Rest her gentle soul.
