I just heard last night, I am stunned, shocked .
I can never forget Neil , smile , his very kindly attitude, his whit ,honesty sincerity. Neill had all of those in abundance and many more .

I am truly heartbroken to receive the news of Neil’s tragic passing. I had the privilege of working with him at the BBC, where he served as Logistics Manager. Neil was a natural problem-solver, a consummate professional, and a man of great character. I am proud to have known him and honoured to have called him a friend.
We shared many laughs and good moments together, memories I will always hold dear. Neil left a lasting impression on everyone who crossed his path, and his absence will be felt deeply.

I was deeply shocked to hear of Neil's recent death. I managed him in the River Valley boy's soccer team. He was a lovely fellow. He was some player with a wonderful attitude. He and his teammates provided us all with great memories.

So sorry to hear of Neil’s passing. We worked together in London for a couple of years and always made time to have a laugh and a joke in an often stressful environment. We always kept in touch since that time and would often talk of meeting up. Sadly, we never got around to it. Neil, you will be very sadly missed, pal. Condolences to everybody who knew and loved you. We will all carry a part of you around with us, until we meet again. God bless.

I met Neil through my cousin while living in Loughfad, and quickly became friends, he came over to Scotland to visit a few times too which was always eventful!
Always a great time and laughs were had.
Hard to believe he's gone.
I'll raise a glass today in his memory.
