I am sorry to hear of the death of Ms. Coffey . She was my maths teacher in St. Mary's over fifty years ago. She was a wonderful teacher and she had a great sense of humour. May she rest in peace.

Mary Coffey

Life feels a little emptier as Nuala, another member of the Coffey family, passes. I have fine memories of a holiday spent with herself and Dolores long ago. Her funeral eulogy painted a lovely picture of how Nuala’s life unfolded since those days of youth – her dedicated teaching, her love of Maths, her interest in language, all beautifully meshed with her family life.
