Condolences to the Bowe family on the untimely passing of Paddy, he lived the simple, quiet life, went about his business and never troubled anyone in Redcastle, his daily presence travelling on his bicycle to Mountrath will be missed by both those who knew him by name and those who did not, as he always saluted those he met on this travels.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Paddy. After collecting my grand children from Sandras playschool we often met Paddy on our way home. ( we didnt know his name but we had another nice name for him). We loved meeting him and always looked out to see if he was cycling into Mountrath. He always waved and the grandchildren loved that. We will miss him.
