So sorry for Pauls passing.. we will miss him at all our family gatherings. He was a lovely and kind man whos company we always enjoyed... he has left a vacuum that cannot be filled.

Paul was a man i met years ago one of the best chefs i ever worked with we had a blast we done what we were told could not be done but .Two heads together and we done the biggest rockconcert ever held in Ireland in the phoenix park

My memories of Paul are all great ones. We had great times and laughs along the way in those great years of growing up and discovering our worlds. Paul will for sure remember this " Do not be dismayed at good-byes, for a farewell is needed before you meet again, and meeting again after moments or lifetimes is certain for those who are friends"
