Sincere sympathy to Siobhain and Fitzpatrick families and extended families on Pauls passing. I was in the air corp Gormanston 1971 to 1977 with Paul. He was a good sportsman and more importantly, good company,A proud Galway man.May Paul Rest in Peace.

Condolences to Pauls family and friends,very sad to hear of Paul's passing, Fitzy as I and others use to call him, he was a true gentleman and always up for the craic and banter, i worked with him in gormanston and he had a great passion for the greyhounds, "Ballylinan lass" was one he owned and I remember that time well going to Dundalk with him with some success there and always a good laugh regardless of a favourable result.
