Phillip was always a great addition to any conversation. He was seriously good humoured always. He met a real soulmate in Cathy. I worked in Carrick with him in 69/70 and remember him well for his wit,charm, and good humour from morning 'til evening. My sympathy to Cathy and family.

It was with huge sadness and shock that I learned of Philip’s sudden passing. A gentleman if ever there was one, He was always smiling and ready to help and he was always there, ready to listen when anyone needed needed help. Condolences to all his family and friends. He’ll be missed.
