Jim and family I was so sad to hear just this weekend that Philomena had died . Her sudden loss is an awful shock for all the family and for her neighbours in Ballyfan. May she rest in peace and may she live on in your happy memories xx

It has been almost a month since Philomena passed. I am saddened to hear this sad news. I knew Philomena when she was a young girl and she was always happy and smiling. Had I heard on time I would have travelled from Naas to pay my last respects.

We lived at Keatingstown from the late 1990’s through to 2004 and it was during this time that I was first introduced to Philomena and subsequently to you. You babysat our now grown up children, Cillian and Ciara, on a couple of occasions, and they still have fond memories of those times.

As a family, we were shocked and saddened to hear of your Mum’s untimely passing. She really was a lovely engaging woman, whom we know will be sadly missed by all of you.
