I was so sorry to learn of Phyllis’s passing. I have fond memories of our times in the PD’s and more recently the hours spent in UCC where we both were studying, and mixing with our fellow, and much younger, students. Phyllis was a woman who believed in community, personal responsibility and social justice. She had the courage of her convictions articulating her views with conviction.
