Sincere condolences on the sad passing of Phyllis to, Daphne, Gerard, Cyril and Alistair and their dad Gerard and the extended familys. Phyllis was a true loyal friend with a wonderful sense of humour, we always went home laughing after many a social meeting . Phil always kept in touch even when on holidays mainly in the sun or at holy shrines, she was a woman with great faith, loved her family and spoke so highly of them. Its hard to say farewell to a great friend, we are going to miss you Phil, may you rest in peace. Margaret.

It was such a pleasure to know your mum, and share some experiences with her over the years. Namely Gerard and Lisa's wedding!

I was so sorry to learn of Phyllis’s passing. I have fond memories of our times in the PD’s and more recently the hours spent in UCC where we both were studying, and mixing with our fellow, and much younger, students. Phyllis was a woman who believed in community, personal responsibility and social justice. She had the courage of her convictions articulating her views with conviction.
