Deepest sympathies to all of the O'Shaughnessy family. My Mother would have been very sad at his passing as he was a regular and frequent visitor to her little shop whenever he was home. She always had the greatest of respect for him and spoke kindly about him. He was a lovely man and priest.

Fr. Sean was a highly respected and much loved member of the Shaughnessy Family.He spent most of his priestly life in Kenya and was a regular visitor to his home town of Kinsale over the years. He always enjoyed these trips, liked walking which afforded him the opportunity to meet and engage with the Locals.
