Richard Swindell

I was very sorry to hear of the passing of Richard I met him when he came over to Ilford to visit the Buckleys back in what must have been the 1970s. I also met his sisters Grace and Marcella when they visited Ilford Essex on a separate visit. They were living in California by then. I also met Richard in Dublin in the 1970s when I was touring in a very old Ford car I had. Jane and I also visited Grace and Mike in Glendale Cal and it would be great to hear from Grace again. Richard was always a very kind and friendly person and I am sure he will be sorely missed.

I am the daughter of Cyril Buckey, cousin of Richard. Sorry to hear of his passing. I never got to meet Richard but my father spoke to me about him. Keeping him in our prayers.

So sorry to hear of the death of Richard. I knew Richard (Dick) from my days in the Harding Boys Home and after that in the OBU. One of life's true gentleman and always made time for the chat. Condolences to all the family on their sad loss.
