Thank you to everyone who sent condolences and sympathy to Rose’s family, your kindness is much appreciated. The funeral was arranged just as Rose had requested, with her family greeting her as she entered the church on the day, and we continue to take her along with us every day since

I attended Rosie’s funeral on Saturday. It was a lovely service with beautiful hymns. I was sad to see family members enter the church before Rosie’s coffin and not accompany her in. Unusual to see.
May Rosie rest peacefully.

So sorry to hear the news and deepest condolences to all of the family. Rosie was a wonderful woman, endlessly kind and gentle, and I was lucky to be looked after by her when I was a small child and my mum Hazel was teaching. I am grateful for the memories from that time spent at Rosie's house and will remember the twinkle in her eye her gentle laughter.
