I was introduced to Seamus & Helen some years ago in the Sunnybank Hotel (the place where a lot of friendships were formed!!). Seamus was always such a gentleman. He was a very sincere man. He had a larger than life presence with a great passion for GAA and especially his beloved Derry. As a GAA fan, we often had great chats about the football & hurling. We were all so upset when Seamus got his cancer diagnosis last year. But typical uncomplaining Seamus, he never let it define him, he kept as much normality in his life as possible. This of course was helped greatly by Helen. He adored Helen and his family. I can't imagine what its like for them to be without Seamus now. I can only pray for you all.
