Sincere condolences on the passing of Sr Mary. I have fond memories of her when I stayed in the Holy Child of Jesus hostel in Harcourt Street in 1985. The hostel was a great facility to have when moving to Dublin for the first time and it helped me find my feet. Sr Mary was very welcoming and flexible. May she rest in peace. Sincere condolences to Sr. Mary’s family, her SHCJ sisters and friends. Mary was an exceptional woman, blessed with gifts of kindness, sensitivity and compassion. She was great company, took a great interest in others and was a very perceptive person. I remember particularly her kindness to me and to all at the Holy Child Hostel in Harcourt Street during my time as Chaplain there. May she receive the reward of eternal happiness and peace.

We t above did not know Sr, Mary very well, she was a Mass Attender in St. BENEDICTS, Grange Park, Raheny, for some time, always a smile for everybody, and greeting. I always thought she an American, ( she would find that hilarious im sure) she was Special in so many ways along with her Love of JESUS, and those she worked with. Sympathy t her Family, may she reap her reward for a Life well lived. With prayers offered.
— Mary Anderson and Sean
My sincere sympathy to the Lalor family on the death of Sr. Mary. As a very young child I remember my parents giving a "send off" party for Sr. Mary as she left to join the Holy Child Sisters. The lovely pink suit she wore that evening is a vivid memory. She was indeed an able person and I understand made a significant contribution to society during her religious life. May she now enjoy her Eternal Reward in the presence of The Lord.
