Nano Nagle wrote on 17 July 1769: “If I could be of any service … in any part of the globe, I would willingly do all in my power.” The same could be said of Sr. Patricia. Deepest sympathies to the extended Curtin families, to Sr. Patricia’s Presentation Community, and to her friends. Having first met Sr. Patricia in Kilpatrick, a quarter of a century ago, and thereafter a number of times over the years, it was noticeable how her light never dimmed. Her positivity and kindness shone brightly. She was inspirational, more like Nano than she ever knew: “Not words, but deeds”.
— Kathy O'Sullivan, Gurranreigh, Macroom & Thailand
Condolences to the Curtin Family and the Presentation Sisters on Sr Patricia's passing to her eternal home now united with Nano Nagle and her her family gone before her
I was unable and sad not to have been able to attend a her funeral mass due to family illness
I became aquainted with Sr Patrica through the late Sr Gerard in 1987 and she very quickly connected me to my late parents she knew my mother from Macroom and also my fathers family from Carriginma through her Pike House family connection
Sr Patrica was always a delight to meet very welcoming interested in all our and the Macroom news and her lovely smile was endearing

Deepest sympathy to all of Sr. Patricia's relatives at this sad and difficult time. Having known her from her time here in Millstreet, she'd probably prefer this time to be one of celebration, of a life well lived, than one of sadness. A truely remarkable lady who lived her vocation through kindness in approach and actions towards her fellow man. She will always be fondly remembered. Ar dheis Dé go raibh sí

Heartfelt sympathy and sincere prayers to Michael, Declan, Garrett and Aidan ... and also to the Presentation Sisters Community ... and to the extended O'Shea Family members on the sad departure of Sr. Patricia to her Eternal Heavenly Reward. R.I.P.. Sr. Patricia - always so friendly, welcoming, supportive and caring - forever a True Lady, an exemplary Presentation Sister and Friend Supreme to many with a wonderful smile radiating great goodness, kindness, an inspiring strong Faith, humour, wit and sincerity...for whom Family and Community were all-important. Having had the great privilege of being on the same Teaching Staff in Presentation N.S., Millstreet in the 1990s as Sr. Patricia we all recall the manner by which she made everyone feel so valued and outstanding in their own special way. Her truly amazing coordination in 1990 of the ceremony and celebrations associated with the 150th Anniversary of the Foundation of Millstreet's Presentation Convent in 1840 will forever be a treasured memory. She always held precious her beloved Kilpatrick, Macroom roots. May the gentle Soul of Sr. Patricia rest in peace having enriched the world of so many in such a superb, meaningful and precious manner. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
