Please accept sincere sympathy.
Stan was much loved and will always be remembered.

We thank him, Barbara, and all the family for many years of Stan's Garden.
What a joy to call over each year, across the road from Rathdown Park.
And to watch all the local residents coming home with boxes of flowers.

Wonderful collection of plants and flowers, expert advice, a haven.
The best in hanging baskets. And always a warm, friendly welcome.
Without Stan and Barbara's input, my garden has not been the same !!

Our deepest sympathy to Stanley's family and extended family and friends in Greystones. A childhood neighbour and companion about the harbour, Stan was the best of all us kids at spearing plaice: better even than my brother John, and one of the best ever at finding big crabs under the boulders at the Red Rocks. May he find calm seas, fine fish and many old friends. May he rest in Peace.

We are so sorry to hear about Stan's demise. We loved his nursery, the birds, the fish, the lovely hanging baskets; he put up with our noisy children with great good humour when they went in to his little paradise, and although all grown up now, they always remember him and his lovely wife, as we do ourselves. Real gardeners never die, they are the keepers of the earth. Condolences to all the Paine family.
