Deepest sympathy to Susan's family. Susan was very kind and supportive to me during our time together in Northern Trust. More than once Susan went out of her way to help me. I learned a huge amount from Susan and am forever grateful for the opportunities Susan gave me. Her energy and enthusiasm was infectious. Rest in peace Susan.
