Sincerest condolences to my good friend Felix, to my lovely kind-hearted neighbour Ann, to my childhood friend Therese, her sister Gen & brother Michael & all d extended Kavanagh clan on the passing of their most precious brother, husband, father & grandfather, Tommy.

Many happy childhood memories spent in the Kavanagh household growing up with Therese. Tommy & Ann always made me feel welcome together with Gen & Michael. Can vividly rem times spent playing in their big back garden shed & one of Tommy's business ventures direct from his garage where he gathered up some of the Templerainey Park teenagers & their friend's for some extra pocket money & had them packing apples into T. Kavanagh labelled bags for distribution to the local supermarkets ! Also, his big green & yellow lorry which he drove to the Dublin markets at the crack of dawn to collect fruit & veg for sale in our local shops. In recent years, when I would meet him outside his house on the road he would tell me re all the vans he had managed to sell & you could tell he was so proud of all his deals & it was very obvious that he had a flair for it all.

Till we meet again Tommy on some other road. Rest easy !
