Deepest sympathies to the Coady family. Thank you Tommy for many great years at Terenure Rangers. You were one in a million. RIP.
— Paul, Deirdre, Conor, John & Peter Daly
I first met Tommy at a Rovers game in Tallaght, when I first started going around 2010. He was the first person I got to know at Rovers, before a few of my friends started coming to games. He was a very friendly lad, who always had time to talk. I met him many times in Dalymount, when you could actually get tickets in the away section there! I then discovered he coached the same age group as my son, with Terenure Rangers, when I bumped into him in Bushy Park. I never knew his second name until I saw his death posted on the Knocklyon United Facebook page and recognised him from the photo posted by Terenure Rangers. My thoughts and prayers to Tommys family, many friends, and all in Terenure. May he rest in peace! David Howe and Family.

Dear Lilla and Bobby. So sorry to hear sad news about Tommy. Our deepest condolences to all your family and Tommy's children and grandchildren. I got to know Tommy through my work in St Michael's House Templeogue when I cared for his brother Francis. Had great chats and banter with him when he would drop in to take Fran out for lunch or to a match in Shamrock Rovers. He was a lovely kind gentleman and a fantastic support to Francis who sadly also passed away last year. Hope they together again having debates and arguments about football, particularly Chelsea! Rest in peace Tommy. X
