Tom and myself were old friends from many moons past.
We were in the chorus for South Pacific and Oklahoma in Ballinasloe.
We competed for the same part even though our Voices had not broken at that stage.
Tom got the part as Stewpot in S.Pacific.
We hit the Crescent in Athlone many times.
We will all miss him and his welcoming smile.
Sympathies to his wife Maire, their huge family, relations and grand children
