I have very happy memories of playing with my cousin Tom as children at the YMCA in Waterford when our Grandfather was the caretaker there. A particular memory is of the time when Tom rode my bike ( which had no brakes) down the yard and ended up in a heap on the stone steps outside the hall door. The bike was ok but Tom unfortunately broke his arm …!
