Deepest sympathy to Mary, David and the extended Grehan family. So saddened to hear about the untimely and sudden death of Tony. Tony was a very good and dear friend of my late dad, Brendan Egan. They were extremely proud "men shedders". I have very fond memories of meeting Tony in my parents home on numerous occasions, he was a gentleman with a happy disposition and always a pleasure to be in his company. He was so kind with his time and extremely thoughtful - after my dads death every week for a number of weeks Tony used to send my family videos/photos of my dad that he had taken over the years and we always treasured these memories. I know Tony touched many peoples lives, our thoughts and prayers are with the Grehan family at this difficult time. Rest in Peace Tony.

He was such a nice guy and I always loved meeting him especially on his beloved Lough Sheelin where he had his boat and mobile in Chambers Bay. He was a great angler and was nearly always among the prize winners. At competitions he used take photos and videos and send me a selection together with music for putting up on the club watsapp. We are all going to miss Tony but especially you his family and you will remain in our thoughts and prayers.
